Apple standard EULA

Your licensed use of the DuckRead iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These DuckRead terms supplement that agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

Use of DuckRead

DuckRead is a reading support app that helps users move through text in smaller steps and review what they understood. You are responsible for the text you add and how you use any feedback shown in the app.

Use DuckRead responsibly

DuckRead is a reading and comprehension support tool. Do not use it as the only source for medical, legal, financial, safety, academic, or other high-stakes decisions. You are responsible for how you use the app and any feedback it provides.

AI feedback

AI-powered feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. Treat it as a study aid for understanding text, not as an authority or final answer.

Subscriptions

DuckRead Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchase subscriptions. Trials, purchases, renewals, billing, refunds, and cancellations are managed by Apple. Deleting your DuckRead account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Account deletion

You may request or perform account deletion where available in the app. Deleting your DuckRead account may not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the platform or payment provider that manages your subscription.
